The Amada MP
series automated sheet metal load/unload system represents the forefront
in sheet metal automation. The compact design of the MP offers ease
of operation and the ability to utilize various size sheets of material
for short or long production runs. The MP will consistently load
and unload one sheet every thirty-six seconds without operator assistance.
Once the punching process is complete, sheets are robotically removed
and conveniently stacked while a new sheet is loaded. Through unattended
operation, Salem Metal can significantly reduce their labor costs, enabling
round-the-clock production with lights-out manufacturing.
