LaserQC

LaserQC provides 100% part inspection in only a few minutes. It may be used as a tool to digitize parts to produce CAD drawings. Digitized CAD drawings may be dimensioned and may be used to generate Numerical Control (NC) programs.
After placing the the part on the LaserQC table without regard to orientation, simply scan the product. The display will use different colors to show how accurate the part is, create a complete inspection report, and thus provide for further improvements.

Colors show the accuracy of the part.

• Green areas are withing 0.005 inch tolerance of the ideal dimensions.
 • Blue areas are between 0.005 inch to 0.010 inch tolerance, etc.
• Red indicates edge location errors which are greater than 0.030 inch.
• Thin yellow lines show where edges should be located.
